Have you ever felt like you can’t manage your social media platforms? What about your blog? Maybe reading this made you realize you can’t even remember the last blog post you published! It’s all completely overwhelming. This feeling of constantly being “behind” was all I could manage when I was a year into owning my own business, and it was a horrible feeling. On top of all the other things you have to do (bookkeeping, editing, shooting, client relations, and marketing, etc), social media posts can feel like the straw that broke the camel’s back…not to mention the LAST thing you want to deal with.
Over the years, I have sought out many tools that will make my life simpler, and Co-Schedule is one of the tools I can’t live without when it comes to my blog and social media. I’m not kidding when I say that Co-Schedule is the ultimate social media tool. I have been using it for over a year now and it’s a game changer. I have tried many other tools that handle social media, but Co-Schedule is the only one that does it all.
Here are 5 reasons why you need it:
All In One for Blog & Social Media Posting// I have yet to find a tool where you can write a blog post, publish and post to social media – in one! Yes you read that right – Co Schedule is an ALL IN ONE TOOL, and one of the only tools that lets you schedule a blog that is not published yet!
Schedule In Bulk// No more going to each social media platform and posting, then going to IG and posting etc. You can schedule your blog post or social media posts all at once, and on various dates Why bulk messages? If you aren’t sharing your content more than once, then you are missing opportunities to reach your audience even more. Your fans aren’t on social media 24-7 (even though it seems like it), it’s time to post it more than once to further your reach and recycle your content.
(watch this quick tutorial!)
The “Best Times” feature// Instead of trying to figure out what time to post to your social media platforms, let Co-Schedule figure this out. The Best Time feature chooses the most optimal time for that social media network. I don’t know about you, but that saves me time from trying to figure it all out, and gives you confidence as you just click to schedule.
Full Calendar View// Most of us like to visually see the full picture. When looking at the calendar view, you can see what is being posted where and when. This will point out any gaps you have where something isn’t being posted and help you plan more effectively.
Integration Features// I love using Bitly. It’s a great tool to see the engagement for that particular link. This is good to know to see what people are clicking on, and see your demographics. So if the post is doing well, take that information to create similar content or take it to the next level with a new concept that is aligned with this information.
One other feature that is free to anyone, is the Co-Schedule Headline Analyzer. The headline for any piece of content or blog post, is just as important as the content itself. I think even more because it’s the first thing your audience reads and you have literally seconds to grab their attention. It’s best practice to come up with over 20-40 headlines. Use the headline Analyzer to see which one scores high. You can use the top scoring headlines for when sharing it to social media.
