This week’s blog post was inspired by a question that was posted in a Facebook group about what activities to do with your senior rep team.
Before I give you a list, I want to share why it’s important to cultivate relationships with your senior reps and clients. After 5 seasons of senior rep teams, I learned a thing or two about how to build relationships, connections and create a community.
It’s a known fact that Generation Z prefers to spend their money on experiences over stuff. They aren’t just buying clothes and makeup, they’re hiking, going to concerts, and traveling way more than any other generation. If you think about it, spending money on material possessions only makes us happy for a certain period of time. The newness wears off and then we move on. But when it comes to an experience, it becomes part of our life, our purpose and passion. We have an emotional connection to it, thus we share that experience with others.
You need to look at your business as an opportunity to give an experience to your clients and senior reps. The more consistent you are with this concept, the more your target audience will know that about you and your brand.
The question that was asked, what activities do you offer your team? Remember building relationships with each of your senior reps doesn’t require a ton of money. It requires your genuine self and time.
